Return & Refund Policy

At Ammuse.art, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, fill out the Return & Exchange Form. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at Info@ammuse.art and include your order number.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need to provide the order number.

Refunds
We will refund your original method of payment upon receipt of the product. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.  Note: shipping charges are not refundable.
